This is a nongovernmental organization that works in the area of misr el kadima, Cairo, and was established in 1998 with Notarization No. 4539. The members of the general assembly are 68 including 14 women of those concerned with the community issues.

This institute was established in 1976 and its main focus of work is development. The institute aims at reaching the integral development and empowering the communities by concentrating on the human development and change of experiences among the different social classes to support and build it and to reach an integrated healthy community and create an active Egyptian human who can be able to contribute.
A central organization notarized with No. 450 for the year 2000 AD, and its main objective is to encourage the young people and population of the old valley in the different governorates to migrate to the areas of large national projects (Sinai-Toshka-South Valley-Sharq El Ouwainat-The New Valley) to contribute solve the problem of overpopulation in the governorates of Delta and to redistribute the population to solve the problem of unemployment. The board consists of fifteen members; most of them are teachers and experts who have long experience in the process of comprehensive development and training.
